Amy Mueller

Amy Mueller is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Adam Dayan. Amy is dedicated to advocating for students and their families throughout the entire litigation process. Amy supports parents in navigating the complexities of special education law and ensures that students receive appropriate educational placements and services.  

Before joining the firm, Amy clerked for a matrimonial judge in New Jersey.  While attending law school, Amy actively pursued opportunities in child advocacy and education law, interning with various nonprofit organizations.  

Prior to her legal career, Amy taught second grade and kindergarten in Brooklyn. Her unique blend of teaching experience and legal expertise positions her as a compassionate advocate for her clients in the realm of special education law. 

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends.
