Bradley Click

Bradley Click is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Adam Dayan, where he advocates for students with disabilities and their families throughout the special education process. Bradley works closely with parents to help them navigate the complexities of special education law and ensure their children receive the services and placements they’re entitled to.

Before joining the firm, Bradley spent two and a half years at a nonprofit organization focused on special education advocacy. There, he represented families in impartial hearings at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) and assisted attorneys with federal court proceedings, including appeals from the New York State Office of State Review and implementation issues involving the New York City Department of Education.

Bradley earned his law degree from Liberty University School of Law in 2019. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, with admission pending in New York.

Bradley prides himself on breaking down complicated legal concepts into something families can actually understand, while building meaningful relationships with the clients he serves. He’s passionate about making the legal process less intimidating—and maybe even a little bit human.

Outside of work, Bradley serves as a captain in New York City’s Gotham Volleyball League, where he combines his love for competition and community. He can also be found hunting down the best restaurants in the city with his partner or spending quality time on the couch with his dog, Benjen.
