Biography

Jonah Ratner

Paralegal

Jonah Ratner is a proactive and hardworking paralegal dedicated to helping special needs students. This passion comes from his experience growing up with his older brother, Ben, who went through his own struggles in early education. Ben is now thriving, and their shared childhood experiences gave Jonah the opportunity to volunteer at and fundraise for the Faison School of Autism.

As a graduate of NYU with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and minors in politics and the entertainment business, Jonah developed a deep appreciation for the city, its opportunities, and its sense of community. Now working in New York, his work is instilled with the same passion that he left school with. In his free time, he loves playing basketball with anyone and everyone at Tompkins Square Park and Hamilton Fish Park, reading up on older Marvel Comics, and watching the NBA nightly (Go Heat!).

Jonah’s strong educational background and direct experience in a special needs household instilled in him the passion and persistence necessary to help students with special needs across New York.
