Dylan Dawson joined the Law Offices of Adam Dayan as a litigation paralegal in October 2021. Graduating with a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University, Dylan found an outlet for his interest in law and service as a paralegal. His prior legal experience includes a range of practice areas and jurisdictions, from criminal defense to copyright law, and much more in between. Dylan’s passion for service, and experience in education and childcare, informed his decision to move into Special Education Law. Dylan is an Okie by birth and New Yorker by address who is interested in music, writing, and dance. He is excited to advocate for our clients and ensure that all students receive the education they deserve. Leah Rosner is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and minors in Law & Society and Inequality Studies. Leah has diverse work experience in the areas of public service and social impact. Her work history has bolstered her skills and experience as an advocate for vulnerable populations. Leah is eager to join a law firm that is dedicated to protecting the education rights of children with disabilities and supporting clients seeking appropriate education for their children. In her free time, Leah enjoys biking along the Hudson River, exploring shops and restaurants with friends, and reading mystery novels. Adam Herrman is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a focus on Psychology and Business Management. Adam's experience consists of 30 years in sales delivering outstanding service and results for his clients. He lives his life with a belief that success is based on attitude and effort, and understands the key to success is listening to his clients and delivering services based on their needs. Over the course of his career, Adam has honed his expertise in email marketing, lead generation, list services, customer acquisition, branding, and reactivation campaigns. Adam was instrumental in the growth of the companies where he worked. He garnered various accolades along the way, consistently exceeding sales quotas and earning recognition for leadership in new business development. Adam was looking for a new career where he would be able to use his warm personality and previous sales experience to make a difference in the world. Having watched his wife, an early childhood educator, develop great pride and satisfaction in the education field making an impact on the lives of young children, he joined our firm to be in a position to make a difference in people’s lives. When Adam is not working, he enjoys both fresh and saltwater fishing as well as hanging out on any beach with his family.
