My family and I have been working with the firm since 2021. From the initial consultation I found everyone there to be focused on my daughter, intent on learning about who she is and what she needs personally and academically.

Right from the start, they were forthcoming about the process and communicated with me in a way that helped me understand what the next steps were for us and for them. They are highly organized, extremely well versed in the DOE bureaucracy and the deadlines needing to be met. They were able to communicate with all parties including doctors and tutors, make appointments and set schedules as needed. They really made it seamless. We never felt in the dark about where we stood.

We won our case and I could not have done this without them as it’s just not my area of expertise, I do not have the time and most importantly being in their hands means you are going to the experts to get the best possible results. This is the only way we go when it comes to our daughter. I imagine every parent feels the same way.

I feel like my experience was special in that I felt like I was their only client. I never felt like they were too busy to answer questions and when I needed them they were available. I imagine this feeling is not unique to me or our Family. All of our interactions have felt personal, oriented towards our family dynamic and our needs. But I know they truly make everyone feel that way. They are the best.
