Founder & Owner
Adam Dayan established his own law practice, Law Offices of Adam Dayan, PLLC, in 2009, to focus on representing individuals with a wide range of special needs.
In 2020, Adam added Special Needs Trust Planning to his law firm’s services to provide special needs trusts and select estate planning services to help our clients plan for the long-term care of their special needs children.

This passion comes from his experience growing up with his older brother, Ben, who went through his own struggles in early education. Ben is now thriving, and their shared childhood experiences gave Jonah the opportunity to volunteer at and fundraise for the Faison School of Autism.
