Elissa is the Operations Director at our Firm, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations. With a strong focus on organizational efficiency, she enables our team to concentrate on meeting client needs effectively.

Prior to joining our Firm, Elissa served as the COO at a prominent law firm, gaining invaluable experience in overseeing and optimizing operational processes. Before that, she began her career in the corporate HR sphere, demonstrating her proficiency in managing personnel and enhancing employee engagement.

Elissa's professional journey took an exciting turn when she ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully starting a trendsetting business in the heart of Brooklyn. Their avant-garde designs garnered recognition both locally and globally, with prominent retailers showcasing their products in the U.S, Germany, Japan, and the UK.

Driven by a passion for continuous growth, Elissa indulges in numerous hobbies and actively seeks out opportunities to expand her skill set. Her diverse range of interests have included everything from obtaining an AIPB bookkeeping certification purely for her own enjoyment, to indulging her love for adventure through motorcycle riding, sky diving, skiing, backpacking. Her thirst for knowledge and personal development is exemplified by her memberships with the Society of Human Resources as a Senior Certified Professional, and with the Association of Legal Administrators.
